Nandana Sen

Nandana Sen is a Bollywood actress and daughter of Nobel Prize winning economist Amartya Sen and Bengali writer Nabanita Dev Sen. She will soon appear in Marigold which also stars Salman Khan, Ali Larter, Suchitra Pillai.

Padma Lakshmi

Padma Lakshmi was born in September 1, 1970. She is a New York based Indian-American model, actress and award-winning cookbook author. She modeled for top designers such as Emanuel Ungaro, Ralph Lauren and Alberta Ferretti and done ad campaigns for Roberto Cavalli and Versus. She gave her acting performance in Glitter with Mariah Carey and in Boom with Amitabh Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, Madhu Sapre, Katrina Kaif and Zeenat Aman and in 2005 in The Mistress of Spices with Aishwarya Rai, Dylan McDermott, Ayesha Dharker.

She has been the host of the reality television program Top Chef since season two and an ambassador for the United Nations Development Fund for Women. Her first cookbook Easy Exotic was awarded Best First Book at the 1999 World Cookbook Awards at Versailles.

Padma and her novelist husband Salman Rushdie filed for divorce on July 2, 2007.

Amrita Singh

Amrita Singh was born on 9th February 1958 in Hadali village, Pakistan. She is an Indian film actress who made her Bollywood debut in 1983 with Betaab, a vastly successful film in which she paired with the debutant Sunny Deol. She won the Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award for the movie Aaina (1993) which had Jacky Shroff and Juhi Chawla in lead role.

Her latest released movie is Shootout at Lokhandwala directed by Apoorva Lakhia where she played the role of the gangster Maya Dolas's mother, Ratnaprabha Dolas. Maya Dolas's role is played by Vivek Oberoi. Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Shetty, Tusshar Kapoor, Aarti Chhabria, Dia Mirza, Neha Dhupia, Rakhi Sawant, Abhishek Bachchan and Arbaaz Khan are also part of this film.

Meera Vasudevan

Meera Vasudevan born on 29th Jan is an Indian actress and fashion model who acts in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam movies. Her latest released film is Chain Kulii Ki Main Kulii where Rahul Bose is in lead role. She debuted in Hindi movie cinema with film Rules: Pyaar Ka Superhit Formula in 2003.

Hansika Motwani

Hansika Motwani was born on August 9, 1991 in Mangalore, India. She is an Indian actress and a former child artiste.

Hansika was also part of Rakesh Roshan's Koi... Mil Gaya, which also starred Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta. Hansika made her debut as a heroine in a Telugu film, Desamuduru opposite Allu Arjun.

Hansika also made her Hindi movie debut as leading actress in Bollywood film with Himesh Reshammiya in Aap Ka Suroor - The Real Love Story. Mallika Sherawat is also performing in this movie.

Mrinalini Sharma

Mrinalini Sharma is a model who will appear in Mahesh Bhatt's Bollywood flick Awarapan along with Imran Hashmi and Shriya Saran. The stylish thriller Awarapan has been shot in Hong Kong and Bangkok.

She also did an item number for Prakash Jha’s movie Apaharan where Ajay Devgan and Bipasha Basu was in lead role.

Urvashi Sharma

Urvashi Sharma is an Indian model who is making her Bollywood debut in Abbas-Mustan film Naqaab. This suspense thriller contains Bobby Deol and Akshaye Khanna in lead role.

Urvashi has signed an eight-film contract with TIPS Films. TIPS, in the past has launched actors such as Preity Zinta, Shahid Kapur and Amrita Rao.

Shriya Saran

Shriya Saran (Shreya) is famous South Indian actress who performed in many films. Her latest film is Sivaji the Boss where she is performing leading role along with superstar Rajnikant.

She will soon appear in Mahesh Bhatt's Awarapan along with Imran Hashmi and Mrinalini Sharma.

Raima Sen

Raima Sen was born on 11 November 1981. She is an Indian film actress. She is the daughter of actress Moon Moon Sen and the granddaughter of legendary actress Suchitra Sen. Her sister, Riya Sen, is also in the Bollywood industry.

She made her debut in the film Godmother, which was a critically acclaimed success, but her minor role may have been overlooked in favour of the protagonist, played by Shabana Azmi.

Her breakthrough role came when she starred in the Rituparno Ghosh's film Chokher Bali. She won much praise for her role as the simple, submissive Ashalata.

Perizaad Zorabian

Perizaad Zorabian was born on October 23, 1973. She is an Indian actress who made her debut with Nagesh Kukunoor's movie, Bollywood Calling.

She also acted in the film Morning Raga with co-star Shabana Azmi.

Mandira Bedi

Mandira Bedi was born on April 15, 1972 and brought up in Mumbai. She is an Indian Bollywood actress, who shot to international fame first as television star in the soap Shanti and then as a television presenter during the 2003 Cricket World Cup and also in 2007 Cricket World Cup. She was also one of the main villains in the hit Indian drama Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, in which she played role of Mandira.

Tabu

Tabassum Hashmi aka Tabu was born on November 4, 1970 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. She is an award-winning Indian actress who has acted in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and English films. She has won the coveted Indian National Film Award for Best Actress twice once for Maachis (1996) and other for for Chandni Bar (2002). She is considered as one of the finest and most versatile actresses in the country and best known for her critically acclaimed acting in many films rather than achieving box office success. Her biggest international hit to date has been the film The Namesake (2007).

Recently, she appeared as in a supporting role for Fanaa (2006) with Aamir Khan and Kajol. She will soon appear in Cheeni Kum along with Amitabh Bachchan and Paresh Rawal.

She is the niece of Shabana Azmi.

Meera

Meera is Lahore based Pakistani movie actress. She worked in joint production between India and Pakistan on her first Bollywood project Nazar, directed by Soni Razdan and released in February 2005. It immediately landed in trouble with the Pakistani Government, who objected strongly to a scene where she kisses the hero (played by Ashmit Patel of India), on religious and moral grounds.
